Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-26

1. The service

PulseBench Studio ("PulseBench", "we") provides online tools that compile public records (such as USASpending.gov and SEC EDGAR data) and run read-only technical checks of public web pages. By using the site or API you agree to these terms.

2. Informational use only

All reports, scores, estimates, generated statements and files are informational technical diagnostics. They are not legal, financial, investment, tax or bidding advice, are not a certification of accessibility or regulatory compliance, and do not create any professional relationship. Scores are heuristic estimates. Public data can be incomplete or out of date; always check the linked official source before acting.

3. Acceptable use

Only scan websites you own, manage or are authorised to review, or public pages in a way their owners would reasonably expect. Do not use the service to harass, to send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of law, or to overload any website. We may rate-limit or block abusive use.

4. Accounts, early access and billing

While billing is not live, plans are offered as free early access: no card is collected and nothing is charged. We will never bill you unless you later complete a checkout yourself. For paid plans, subscriptions renew each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time at /support, and cancellation takes effect immediately.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund within the first 14 days of paid service, for any reason, using your key at /support. After 14 days, contact us and we will review your request fairly.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to URLs, HTML and information you submit. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service and to keep reports so you can share and revisit them.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
