What we collect

• Usage data: pages viewed and tools run, linked to a daily-rotating one-way hash of your IP address and browser. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
• What you submit: URLs, HTML, filters, and the email and company you enter for early access, checkout or support.
• Account keys: we store only a one-way hash of your API key.
• Payments: when billing is live, card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and improve the tools, send the alerts you sign up for, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and understand which products are useful. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required by law. Usage events are kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and opt out of emails, by contacting our support form. Residents of California, the EU/EEA and the UK have additional rights under local law, which we honour.

Public records

GovBidPulse and FormDPulse display information from public government records (USASpending.gov and SEC EDGAR). To ask about a record, contact us; we will also point you to the official source.
